Liberty operates mature oil and gas properties that have been determined to contain bypassed reserves and operational upside, which through applying fit-for-purpose technologies and best practices will deliver strong returns on its investors’ capital. Current production operations are in North Louisiana and South Mississippi, where Liberty is redeveloping oil fields in which waterflood operations were prematurely discontinued and significant quantities of remaining recoverable reserves have been quantified.

Liberty’s management team is a leader among its independent operator peers, with its proactive approach to acting on the identified future utility of marginal and inactive wells and facilities, deploying a well-planned approach to responsibly plugging wells and remediating surface locations when appropriate.

History

Founded in 2019, Liberty’s continued growth strategy includes acquiring properties in Central and North Louisiana and South Mississippi, where Liberty can leverage from strengths in areas including:

• Expertise in production engineering including artificial lift optimization

• Reservoir engineering, geologic and geophysical interpretation, with a particular focus on Cotton Valley, Wilcox, and Tuscaloosa clastic reservoir systems

• Identifying shut-in wells with future utility, accessing bypassed petroleum reserves, and converting marginal producers for injection or water disposal

• Optimum handling of high volumes of produced water
